Danny Moore is a former Chief Executive Officer of the trading technology firm Wombat Financial Software and Chief Operating Officer of the NYSE Euronext trading technology segment, NYSE Technologies.

Before joining Wombat, Danny worked with Newry-based First Derivatives Plc. In 2010, Danny established Belfast-based investment firm Lough Shore Investments.

As President and CEO at Options, Danny is responsible for leading the firm’s day-to-day global operations, in addition to overseeing the continued market expansion of the Options platform within both established and emerging financial markets.

Stephen Morrow is Options’ COO and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s key strategic accounts and global operations. Stephen was previously Vice President of the Exchange Solutions division at NYSE Technologies, NYSE Euronext’s commercial technology division. Previous to this, he held the position of Managing Director for the Exchange Solutions division at NYSE, focusing on product management and international deployment.

Prior to joining NYSE, Stephen was Director of Exchange Solutions at Wombat Financial Software.

Laura McCann, the Chief Financial Officer at Options Technology, brings a wealth of experience in financial planning and analysis within the fintech sector. Since joining Options in 2016 as VP Corporate Controller, Laura has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s financial strategies and overseeing significant acquisitions, including Fixnetix and Activ Financial. Prior to Options, she held key positions at NYSE Euronext and Vela Trading. Laura’s leadership has been integral to consolidating the company’s finance operations in Belfast, driving growth and efficiency. She holds a strong track record of supporting major Private Equity investments, further cementing her reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking financial leader.

Tim Yockel is SVP for Global Sales at Options and brings 20 years’ experience in managing international sales organizations and selling complex technology solutions. Previously, Tim was the former Global Head of Sales for NYSE Technologies, a position he held from March 2008 until joining Options in March 2013.

Prior to NYSE, Tim was Head of Sales for the trading technology firm Wombat Financial Software, which was acquired by NYSE Euronext in 2008. While at Wombat, he was instrumental in establishing sales offices in New York, London, Chicago and Tokyo. Prior to joining Wombat, he spent six years with Reuters America, selling solutions to the firm’s top 40 focus group accounts. Tim is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned Bachelor’s degrees in both mathematics and economics.

Marlena’s journey with Options began in October 2021, following the acquisition of the Fixnetix division from DXC, where she served as CSO. Marlena’s role as CISO reflects Options’ strategic shift towards a risk-driven security approach, combining her expertise in risk and security functions.

Her vision is to transition security from being perceived as a “blocker” to an “enabler,” aligning security decisions with both real and perceived business risks.

This holistic approach aims to embed security principles across all facets of the organization, enhancing collaboration, communication, and efficient resource allocation.

Samuel Farmer is SVP, MD for Options in EMEA with responsibility for focusing the teams’ efforts on driving new business growth, delivering service excellence and the development of strong regional relationships to further enhance Options’ position as the leading provider of services to the Global Financial Services sector.

He was previously responsible for heading up EMEA Sales and running the Managed Application business globally for Options prior to which he performed a number of different roles across technology for Fidelity Investments.

Samuel’s professional qualifications include a BSc (Hons), Internet Technologies and Applications from Plymouth University as well as several industry qualifications aligned to business management.

Micah Kroeze serves as the Chief Product Officer at Options, overseeing the company’s comprehensive product strategy and execution. Since joining the company as VP of Product Management, Micah has played a pivotal role enhancing Options’ Trading Infrastructure portfolio, leading key M&A initiatives, and aligning the firm’s combined product roadmap.

Micah brings over a decade of industry experience to the firm, having previously held key positions at NYSE Technologies and Vela Trading Systems, where he spearheaded the growth of their market data and hosted services product lines.

In addition to his role at Options, Micah serves on the board and finance committee of The 52nd Street Project, a non-profit organization in New York City dedicated to enriching the lives of children in Hell’s Kitchen through the arts and community engagement.

Terry is responsible for leading Options’ global marketing, brand and communications strategy in addition to overseeing the firm’s business development, partner marketing and customer engagement initiatives. With over 20 years’ experience, working across multiple business development, customer engagement and management consultancy roles, Terry is an internationally experienced business marketing leader, holding management roles within the Defence, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services Industries.

Peter Jeanmonod is a former Global Head of Implementation Engineering for Pico where he played a pivotal role in building out networks and engineering globally.

With over 20 years in network engineering, Peter worked for several low latency focused MSP’s concentrating specifically on high-quality technology for trading and financial services.

As a Business Engineer at Options Peter is responsible for the architecture and delivery of technology innovation, engineering the business for success and driving development.

Nick Bryant joined Options in August 2005, and is responsible for business operations and risk control across sales, vendor and partner relationships, and the management of various internal business functions.

Nick was the first employee hired for the US office, beginning as a support engineer before later moving to sales and regional P&L management. During his time in these initial roles he was able to develop a wide range of skills in both the technical and financial aspects of the business, and quickly became an integral part of the company’s strategic decision making.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) in International Relations from the London School of Economics.

Kieran joined Options in 2012 as VP Operations. With over 15 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and human resources, Kieran brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

As SVP of People and Talent, Kieran is responsible for devising and implementing Options’ recruitment strategy alongside leadership of the firm’s People Team.

Prior to Options, Kieran helped manage a portfolio of start-up businesses with Lough Shore Investments. Kieran holds a Masters in Business Studies (MBS) from University of Limerick and is a proud Alum and programme manager of the 2008 – 2009 Washington Ireland Programme.”

Christy joined Options as part of the Graduate and Placement Programme intake in March 2016 and started his career as a Technical Support Engineer, supporting Options clients in the UK, US, and APAC regions.

Alongside the global delivery and onboarding of complex projects and services, Christy played an integral part in the implementation of Options’ Fixnetix and Activ acquisitions.

Previously, Christy held a Project Management role, where he worked with clients, engineers, and account managers to enhance the effectiveness of day-to-day operations across all main business lines at Options.

Richard Hughes is SVP for Corporate Development at Options and has responsibility for managing key strategic client relationships and partnerships in the Options’ portfolio.  His role focuses on identifying and supporting key growth initiatives for the business alongside delivering service excellence to further enhance Options’ position as the premier provider of technology services to the Global Financial sector.  He joined Options in 2014 and most recently held the position of European MD.

Richard has over 30 years’ experience from within the financial technology sector having previously held senior executive roles within NYSE Technologies, NYFIX and Omgeo.

Jon Lambert, now Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Options Technology, brings over 25 years of financial and operational expertise in the infrastructure technology and financial services sectors. Jon has been with Options since January 2016, initially serving as CFO. From 2007 until its acquisition by NYSE Euronext in 2008, he served as CFO at Wombat Financial Software, a leading provider of low-latency market data management solutions.

Prior to Wombat, Jon held the position of Senior Vice President and CFO at TIBCO, a real-time middleware integration software company. He has also served as CFO of HotChalk, an education technology company, and began his career as an audit manager at Ernst & Young. Jon is a Chartered Accountant and holds an honors degree in Horticulture from Bath University, England. In his new role, he focuses on the firm’s partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions, continuing to drive the company’s strategic growth and development.

Options’ Chief Technology Officer joined in 2008 with his initial focus on the revamp of our low-latency market data product portfolio in addition to managing the company’s global data centre expansion program. In addition to leading our engineering practice, John advises clients and prospects on industry best-practice design.

With over 20 years Capital Markets experience, John has a wealth of knowledge stretching across technologies such as ultra-low latency trading infrastructure, application architecture and cyber security.

Prior to working for Options, John was IT Director for Insinger de Beaufort, a wealth management firm, where he deployed turn-key voice and data network solutions as well as overhauling front, middle and back office architecture (STP).
